We are currently looking for:

Software Tester


  • Testing online and mobile services, applications and adverts, taking into consideration various operating systems and web browsers in different countries as well as compliance with specification
  • Close cooperation with other Testers and other teams responsible for particular products in terms of bug fixing
  • Checking leads and adverts’ content according to the specification
  • Reporting test results
  • Taking part in implementations


  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience focused on applications/ software testing
  • Fluent Polish and very good command of English (at least C1 level)
  • Very good knowledge about how various operating systems and web browsers work
  • Knowledge and strong interest in Internet and technology market
  • Preciseness and attention to details
  • Skills in prioritizing and time management
  • Familiarity with HTML and graphic programs will be an advantage

Senior Advertiser Manager


  • Reaching out to advertisers all over the world to acquire new products for online campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining relations with advertisers
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and conditions of cooperation Monitoring and analysing results of the campaigns, checking if all campaigns work properly
  • Suggesting campaign optimisation solutions to maximise revenue from managed campaigns and products
  • Reporting results of the campaigns and optimization actions internally and to Advertisers


  • Proven track record in developing relationships with clients (preferably b2b)
  • Knowledge about digital market and online advertising is strongly desired
  • Fluent command of English is a must
  • Knack for analytical thinking, drive for improvement and optimising existing solutions
  • Natural curiosity, drive for improvement and learning, desire to understand underlying factors of effective business and campaign management
  • Proactive mindset, orientation on results, ability to take initiative
  • Attention to details and sense of responsibility

New Business Manager


  • Searching for and reaching out to potential Clients on Polish and international markets
  • Analysing Client’s needs and requirements during sales process
  • Taking part in preparing presentations and offers for potential Clients
  • Running business negotiations, closing deals
  • Cooperating with other team members and business units during creating marketing concepts and offers for the Client
  • Monitoring and reporting recent situation and trends on the online market


  • Experience in acquiring business Clients in marketing/digital sector
  • Knowledge and strong interest in digital marketing, Internet and technology market
  • Passion for b2b sales
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent command of Polish (C2 level) and English (minimum B2/C1 level) is essential
  • Ambition, goal-orientation and persistence in achieving goals
  • Ability to catch attention and attract Clients

PR Manager


  • Creating and executing PR strategies for agency clients on the global market
  • Preparing and managing non-standard projects in media relations area - achieve the unachievable
  • Building relationships with key publishers, journalists and influencers on Polish and global market
  • Supporting Performante’s PR – creating, managing and executing communication strategy


  • 4-5 years of professional experience in PR or Marketing Manager role gained in marketing agency or corporate environment Experience in cooperation with tech and/or start-up companies
  • Great knowledge in digital marketing - global trends and best practices
  • Fluent Polish and English - both written and spoken - is essential
  • Positive attitude and sense of humour
  • Experience in political marketing will be an advantage
