Publisher Manager


  • Building strong, long-term relations with publishers
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts, rates and conditions of cooperation with publishers and renegotiating if needed
  • Creating tailor-made strategies for online campaigns to maximise revenue
  • Stimulating increase of lead generations (sign-ups, subscriptions, downloads, registrations, etc.)
  • Managing and optimising results and costs of performance campaigns
  • Constant monitoring of the campaign results and analysing the stats
  • Preparing reports about campaign results


  • Fluent English is essential
  • Fluent command of at least one from followIng languages will be a huge asset: French / Czech / Slovak / Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish / Danish / German / Romanian / Chinese /Greek / Croatian / Portuguese / Hungarian / Italian / Spanish
  • Strong sales/ negotiation background with experience in meeting business targets
  • Experience in managing online campaigns, preferably performance, experience with online marketing models (CPA, CPC, etc.)

Receptionist/Office Coordinator


  • Welcoming and taking care of international guests at the reception desk
  • Providing support for the meetings, booking conference rooms
  • Assuring logistic support for international visitors
  • Dealing with correspondance and incoming calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assuring smooth functioning of the office
  • Taking part in organizing trips and events
  • Other organizational and administrative tasks


  • Previous experience on receptionist/ assistent/ office coordinator position
  • Fluent command of both Polish and English is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, good social manners
  • Proactivity, positive can-do attitude, willingness to help
  • Very good organizational skills, attention to details



  • Testing online and mobile services, applications and adverts, taking into consideration various operating systems and web browsers in different countries as well as compliance with specification
  • Close cooperation with other Testers and other teams responsible for particular products in terms of bug fixing
  • Checking leads and adverts’ content according to the specification
  • Reporting test results
  • Taking part in implementations


  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience focused on applications/ software testing
  • Fluent Polish and very good command of English (at least C1 level)
  • Very good knowledge about how various operating systems and web browsers work
  • Knowledge and strong interest in Internet and technology market
  • Preciseness and attention to details
  • Skills in prioritizing and time management
  • Familiarity with HTML and graphic programs will be an advantage

Senior Account Manager


  • Managing digital marketing projects
  • Establishing and building stable, long-term relations with Clients
  • Coordination work of various units involved in running the project
  • Identifying clients’ needs and expectations
  • Delivering exceptional client service, building client’s satisfaction and loyalty
  • Taking part in creating marketing concepts and strategies
  • Preparing tailor-made offers (also on the sales or tender stage) and giving presentations
  • Preparing project documentation
  • Taking part in project execution, cooperating with other team members and departments during project/ campaign execution
  • Controlling budgets and deadlines, responsibility for smooth project/ campaign execution
  • Preparing analysis and reports


  • At least 4 years of experience in working at advertising agency, preferably interactive, or in coordinating marketing projects on Client’s side
  • Knowledge of digital advertising market and trends
  • Understanding of production process
  • Ability to deliver on time, with high quality
  • Planning skills, ability to estimate costs and time needed to execute the project
  • Communication skills, ability to build business relations
  • Ability to identify other people’s needs and concerns

New Business Development Manager


  • International market research and reaching out to potential Clients on international markets
  • Analysing Client’s needs and requirements at the early stages of the sales process
  • Taking part in preparing presentations and offers for potential Clients
  • Monitoring and reporting recent situation and trends on the online market


  • 1-2 (For Executive position) and 3-5 years of professional (for Manager position) years of professional experience in business development/account management in marketing sector (preferably digital)
  • Ability to catch attention and attract Clients
  • Knowledge and strong interest in Internet, online advertising and technology market
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent command of English is essential (minimum C1)
  • Strong goal-orientation and persistance in achieving targets
  • Self-confidence and strong self-motivation
  • Proficiency in using Internet

Social Media Specialist


  • Taking part in designing and managing communication in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Managing company’s and clients’ profiles and fan pages, building and engaging online communities, co-creating content
  • Managing and optimizing social media campaigns
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting results of managed activities
  • Assuring consistency of communication in various channels


  • 2-4 years of experience in managing communication and marketing campaigns in various social media
  • Experience in creating communication strategies for online channels
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree , preferably in a field related to digital marketing/ communication
  • Wide knowledge about social media and other online communication channels
  • Great comprehension of digital market and trends in Poland and worldwide
  • Ability to find innovative solutions, initiative and open-mindedness
  • Autonomy, self-reliance and sense of responsibility
  • An eye for detail, diligence and analytical approach to your tasks
  • Fluent command of English (majority of your work will be done in English, and we have multinational team)

(Senior) Affiliate Manager


  • Acquiring new business partners and building relationships with agencies/affiliates
  • Creating tailor-made strategies for online performance campaigns to maximize revenue
  • Stimulating lead generations (sign-ups, subscriptions, downloads, registrations, etc.)
  • Developing new geos and verticals
  • Market research and analysis
  • Managing and optimizing results and costs of performance campaigns
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts with affiliate partners
  • Constant monitoring of the campaign results and analyzing the stats
  • Preparing reports about campaigns' results


  • Experience in developing affiliate networks
  • Proven track record in working with diverse products
  • Experience in managing online campaigns, preferably performance, experience with online marketing models (CPA, CPC, CPI, CPL etc.)
  • Knowledge about online advertising formats and channels
  • Skills in negotiations with experience in meeting targets
