Responsibilities:

  • Doing market research and analysis to find new web publishers
  • Finding the right placements for online adverts for particular verticals and products
  • Getting in touch with new publishers, introducing company and products, stimulate interest in cooperation with Performante
  • Negotiating rates and conditions of cooperation with publishers
  • Launching test campaigns and analysing their effectiveness
  • Building good and professional image of Performante

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is essential

Publisher Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong, long-term relations with publishers
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts, rates and conditions of cooperation with publishers and renegotiating if needed
  • Creating tailor-made strategies for online campaigns to maximise revenue
  • Stimulating increase of lead generations (sign-ups, subscriptions, downloads, registrations, etc.)
  • Managing and optimising results and costs of performance campaigns
  • Constant monitoring of the campaign results and analysing the stats
  • Preparing reports about campaign results

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is essential

Receptionist/Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and taking care of international guests at the reception desk
  • Providing support for the meetings, booking conference rooms
  • Assuring logistic support for international visitors
  • Dealing with correspondance and incoming calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assuring smooth functioning of the office
  • Taking part in organizing trips and events
  • Other organizational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience on receptionist/ assistent/ office coordinator position
  • Fluent command of both Polish and English is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, good social manners

Tester

Responsibilities:

  • Testing online and mobile services, applications and adverts, taking into consideration various operating systems and web browsers in different countries as well as compliance with specification
  • Close cooperation with other Testers and other teams responsible for particular products in terms of bug fixing
  • Checking leads and adverts’ content according to the specification
  • Reporting test results
  • Taking part in implementations

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience focused on applications/ software testing
  • Fluent Polish and very good command of English (at least C1 level)
  • Very good knowledge about how various operating systems and web browsers work
  • Knowledge and strong interest in Internet and technology market
  • Preciseness and attention to details
  • Skills in prioritizing and time management
  • Familiarity with HTML and graphic programs will be an advantage

Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing digital marketing projects
  • Establishing and building stable, long-term relations with Clients
  • Coordination work of various units involved in running the project
  • Identifying clients’ needs and expectations
  • Delivering exceptional client service, building client’s satisfaction and loyalty
  • Taking part in creating marketing concepts and strategies
  • Preparing tailor-made offers (also on the sales or tender stage) and giving presentations
  • Preparing project documentation
  • Taking part in project execution, cooperating with other team members and departments during project/ campaign execution
  • Controlling budgets and deadlines, responsibility for smooth project/ campaign execution

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in working at advertising agency, preferably interactive, or in coordinating marketing projects on Client’s side

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Creative team in developing concepts and designs for social media campaigns, display advertising, UI/UX and other projects

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the process of acquiring new partners and building relationships with agencies/affiliates

Responsibilities:

  • International market research and reaching out to potential Clients on international markets

Requirements:

  • 1-2 (For Executive position) and 3-5 years of professional (for Manager position) years of professional experience in business development/account management in marketing sector (preferably digital)

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in defining employer branding strategy for Performante
  • Planning execution and activities for internal and external employer branding strategy
  • Generating and executing ideas for promoting Performante as a great place to work
  • Organizing company events - internal and external (integrations, participation in conferences/ job fairs/ meetups etc.)
  • Responsibility for promotional materials and company gadgets
  • Cooperating with creatives, PR and colleagues from HR Department

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating employer branding strategies for people-focused companies
  • Knowledge about employer branding, modern communication channels and recent trends in this field
  • Experience in organizing events
  • Creativity, innovative thinking, skills in bringing unusual ideas to life

  • Fluent command of both Polish and English is necessary

Online Media Buyer (RTB)

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new web and mobile traffic sources, working globally on Demand Side Platforms (DSP)
  • Researching and selecting placements for online adverts and matching them with particular products
  • Managing digital campaigns with emphasis on CPM, CPC pricing models
  • Continuously monitoring, analysing and developing optimization strategies to improve campaigns efficiency
  • Building good and professional image of Performante

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in buying online advertising spaces from ad-exchanges, RTB platforms or similar
  • Familiarity with various pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA) and performance marketing field
  • Knowledge about online advertising formats and channels
  • Ability to work with budgets and to allocate finances responsibly and effectively
  • Knack for analytical and strategic thinking
  • Very good technical and numerical skills
  • Fluency in English is a must

Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Taking part in designing and managing communication in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Managing company’s and clients’ profiles and fan pages, building and engaging online communities, co-creating content
  • Managing and optimizing social media campaigns
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting results of managed activities
  • Assuring consistency of communication in various channels

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing communication and marketing campaigns in various social media
  • Experience in creating communication strategies for online channels
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree , preferably in a field related to digital marketing/ communication
  • Wide knowledge about social media and other online communication channels
  • Great comprehension of digital market and trends in Poland and worldwide
  • Ability to find innovative solutions, initiative and open-mindedness
  • Autonomy, self-reliance and sense of responsibility
  • An eye for detail, diligence and analytical approach to your tasks
