Responsibilities:

  • Searching for and reaching out to potential Clients on Polish and international market
  • Providing consultancy and advisory for Clients in terms of marketing opportunities
  • Analysing Client’s needs and requirements during sales process
  • Cooperating with creative team and various business units to create marketing concepts and offers
  • Staying up-to-date with recent situation and trends on the online/technology market

Requirements:

  • Experience in acquiring and developing relations with business clients, most preferably for marketing/digital/tech services
  • Strong interest in Internet and technology market
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Great business acumen

Advertiser Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to advertisers all over the world to acquire new products for online campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining relations with advertisers
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and conditions of cooperation Monitoring and analysing results of the campaigns, checking if all campaigns work properly
  • Suggesting campaign optimisation solutions to maximise revenue from managed campaigns and products
  • Reporting results of the campaigns and optimization actions internally and to Advertisers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing relationships with clients (preferably b2b)
  • Knowledge about digital market and online advertising is strongly desired
  • Fluent command of English is a must
  • Knack for analytical thinking, drive for improvement and optimising existing solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and developing frontend of websites and online services as well as web and mobile applications
  • Taking part in developing concepts of the products

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML(5), CSS(3)
  • Portfolio with commercial projects
  • Knowledge of frameworks/libraries etc. related to the above-mentioned technologies

Test Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Testers, delegating tasks and supervising execution
  • Assuring delivery of high-quality work within agreed timeframes
  • Mentoring and guiding team members
  • Designing test scenarios and test cases, performing both manual and automated tests
  • Reporting bugs, producing documentation
  • Taking part in business meetings, preparing commercial offers, negotiating with potential Clients
  • Collaborating closely with software engineers, product owners, project managers and marketing departments
  • Taking part in implementations, suggesting optimization solutions

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of professional experience focused on applications/software testing
  • Experience in team management, providing mentorship and development guidance to team members

Responsibilities:

  • Pointing out new traffic sources (publishers) and creating & maintaining databases
  • Getting in touch with publishers and negotiating with them
  • Participating in building sales strategy
  • Assisting in developing in-house SSP

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Familiar with digital marketing terms
  • Excellent in browsing the Internet
  • Precise and perfectly self-organised

Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and building relationships with agencies/affiliates
  • Creating tailor-made strategies for online performance campaigns to maximise revenue
  • Stimulating lead generations (sign-ups, subscriptions, downloads, registrations, etc.)
  • Market research and analysis, developing new geos and verticals
  • Managing and optimising results and costs of performance campaigns
  • Constant monitoring of the campaign results and analysing the stats, preparing reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and managing affiliate networks
  • Proven track record in working with diverse products
  • Experience in managing online performance campaigns, experience with mobile campaigns will be an additional asset (CPA, CPL, CPI and others)
  • Skills in negotiations with experience in meeting targets
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in one of the following languages will be a huge asset: French / Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / German / Hungarian / Croatian / Chinese / Swedish or others

New Business Developer - Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and prospecting new traffic partners for cooperation (i.e. Publishers and Affiliates)
  • Developing new verticals for Performante (e.g. gambling, health & beauty, dating, luxury) by bringing in new business connections
  • Responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
  • Fully on-boarding new partners, taking care of contracts and sales administration before relaying new businesses to account managers

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven professional experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record in developing high-quality relations with traffic partners
  • Strong sales and negotiation background with experience in meeting business targets
  • Ability to execute work and deliver targets according to scheduled plans
  • Fluent command of English is necessary (at least C1 level)
  • Command of other languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic or other) would be an asset

Full-Stack PHP Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Developing web applications and services
  • Creating high-quality code in PHP, using selected framework
  • Creating and developing user interfaces
  • Cooperating with Product Owners, QA teams, marketing experts
  • Taking part in developing product concept

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge and at least one year of practical, commercial experience in using PHP 5/7 to write web services and applications
  • Expertise in relational databases (MySQL and/or Postgres)
  • Familiarity with at least one PHP framework (Symfony, Laravel, Zend)
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Ability to design and develop the product from scratch

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices (registering, paying, issuing)
  • Categorizing transactions and trading partners
  • Monitoring deadlines for payments (incoming and outgoing)
  • Processing business trips’ costs, taking care for travel expenses administration
  • Cooperating with outsourced companies in terms of financial services
  • Creating financial reports, running/providing statistics as required
  • Contributing to daily HR&Administration team’s tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • At least one year of professional experience in working in a finance department on a relevant position
  • Familiarity with regulations regarding international transactions nad taxes
  • Excellent analytical skills (including very good knowledge of Excel)
  • Thoroughness, great attention to details, sticking to deadlines, sense of responsibility
  • Ability to draw conclusions from numbers
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Familiarity with accountancy systems/ financial tools will be a big asset
