New Business Manager


  • Searching for and reaching out to potential Clients on Polish and international market
  • Providing consultancy and advisory for Clients in terms of marketing opportunities
  • Analysing Client’s needs and requirements during sales process
  • Cooperating with creative team and various business units to create marketing concepts and offers
  • Staying up-to-date with recent situation and trends on the online/technology market


  • Experience in acquiring and developing relations with business clients, most preferably for marketing/digital/tech services
  • Strong interest in Internet and technology market
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Great business acumen
  • Ambition, curiosity and eagerness to learn and achieve more and more

Advertiser Manager


  • Reaching out to advertisers all over the world to acquire new products for online campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining relations with advertisers
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and conditions of cooperation Monitoring and analysing results of the campaigns, checking if all campaigns work properly
  • Suggesting campaign optimisation solutions to maximise revenue from managed campaigns and products
  • Reporting results of the campaigns and optimization actions internally and to Advertisers


  • Proven track record in developing relationships with clients (preferably b2b)
  • Knowledge about digital market and online advertising is strongly desired
  • Fluent command of English is a must
  • Knack for analytical thinking, drive for improvement and optimising existing solutions
  • Natural curiosity, drive for improvement and learning, desire to understand underlying factors of effective business and campaign management

Test Leader


  • Leading a team of Testers, delegating tasks and supervising execution
  • Assuring delivery of high-quality work within agreed timeframes
  • Mentoring and guiding team members
  • Designing test scenarios and test cases, performing both manual and automated tests
  • Reporting bugs, producing documentation
  • Taking part in business meetings, preparing commercial offers, negotiating with potential Clients
  • Collaborating closely with software engineers, product owners, project managers and marketing departments
  • Taking part in implementations, suggesting optimization solutions


  • 3 + years of professional experience focused on applications/software testing
  • Experience in team management, providing mentorship and development guidance to team members
  • Knowledge and strong interest in Internet, marketing and technology market
  • Strong sense of involvement, eagerness to learn and to solve problems
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility for your and your team's work’s outcomes
  • Preciseness and attention to details
  • Fluent Polish and fluent command of English (at least C1 level)

Art Director


  • Developing based on strategy creative concepts, taking care for graphic design in digital and offline projects
  • Supporting Copywriters, Social Media Specialists, Project Managers and PR Managers in establishing creative strategies and in conducting scoping sessions with our future clients
  • Delivering exceptional designs in web, mobile, brand, logo, UX, UI and DTP area
  • Providing creative consultancies to deliver tailored-made solutions for our clients


  • Creative mind & passion for all kinds of graphics and designs (both online and offline)
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in design (with main focus on digital)
  • Perfect familiarity with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Professional approach towards clients (client meetings, scoping sessions, product designing)
  • Ability to deliver work on time with no compromise on quality
  • Fluency in Polish & English
  • Experience in motion design would be a huge asset

Affiliate Manager


  • Acquiring and building relationships with agencies/affiliates
  • Creating tailor-made strategies for online performance campaigns to maximise revenue
  • Stimulating lead generations (sign-ups, subscriptions, downloads, registrations, etc.)
  • Market research and analysis, developing new geos and verticals
  • Managing and optimising results and costs of performance campaigns
  • Constant monitoring of the campaign results and analysing the stats, preparing reports


  • Experience in developing and managing affiliate networks
  • Proven track record in working with diverse products
  • Experience in managing online performance campaigns, experience with mobile campaigns will be an additional asset (CPA, CPL, CPI and others)
  • Skills in negotiations with experience in meeting targets
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in one of the following languages will be a huge asset: French / Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / German / Hungarian / Croatian / Chinese / Swedish or others

Finance Specialist


  • Processing invoices (registering, paying, issuing)
  • Categorizing transactions and trading partners
  • Monitoring deadlines for payments (incoming and outgoing)
  • Processing business trips’ costs, taking care for travel expenses administration
  • Cooperating with outsourced companies in terms of financial services
  • Creating financial reports, running/providing statistics as required
  • Contributing to daily HR&Administration team’s tasks


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • At least one year of professional experience in working in a finance department on a relevant position
  • Familiarity with regulations regarding international transactions nad taxes
  • Excellent analytical skills (including very good knowledge of Excel)
  • Thoroughness, great attention to details, sticking to deadlines, sense of responsibility
  • Ability to draw conclusions from numbers
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Familiarity with accountancy systems/ financial tools will be a big asset

Project Manager


  • Managing digital projects by coordinating work of various units: delegating tasks, preparing project scope, timelines and documentation, controlling budgets and deadlines, making necessary adjustments and providing recommendations
  • Ensuring smooth cooperation & communication between teams involved in the project
  • Solving issues and negotiating with coworkers and subcontractors on a daily-basis
  • Preparing analysis and reports


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in managing digital or IT projects from end-to-end
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of production process in digital marketing and software development
  • Planning and organizational skills, ability to estimate costs and time needed to execute the project
  • Ability to coordinate teams work to deliver the project on time and with proper quality
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must

Senior Account Manager


  • Operating as the leading point of contact for agency clients
  • Delivering excellent client service, building client’s satisfaction and loyalty
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies, mainly for digital channels
  • Managing digital marketing projects and delivering them successfully on time and with proper quality
  • Preparing offers and presentations, supporting New Business Team
  • Giving recommendations regarding ongoing processes


  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience gained in marketing/advertising agencies in client service teams
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering digital marketing projects (websites, applications, social media)
  • Negotiation skills, ability to discover clients’ needs
  • Professional approach toward clients and colleagues
  • Great attention to details and focus on delivering high quality products and services
  • Proven track of working in an international environment would be a huge asset
