An international pharmaceutical company, forming a cluster of four South American countries from the Andean region: Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.

Planning and carrying out internal communication to help employees understand the purpose behind the Andean cluster, to make them feel proud to be a part of this group, and to strengthen cooperation between the countries.
Taking into account the existing communication elements, such as the “home-made" EVP, which shows that the company is home to diverse people, and the Andean theme, we created the concept "We are Andean".
It was a simple, yet very meaningful and effective testimonial campaign, showing how different but united the company is. This was visualized by a series of activities in which the employees, when introducing themselves, ended their presentation with the same sentence: "I am Andean".
Being a part of such a diverse group can be a challenge, but with a common ground - Andean heritage, as well as with a friendly, inclusive employer - anything is possible.
