They needed to plan and carry out internal communication to help employees understand the purpose behind the Andean cluster. Our goal was to make them feel proud of being part of this group and to boost cooperation between the countries.

Our approach

Taking into account the existing communication elements, such as the “home-made" EVP, which shows that the company is home to diverse people, and the Andean theme, we created the concept "We are Andean".
